A. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason(s) you need to return any product kindly review the informations below:
!. Sincethesearepersonalcareitemsandwewouldliketomaintainahigh level of hygiene we accept zero returns or exchanges unless we are at fault or wrong items were sent. In the case of wrong items sent it can be returned or exchanged but in its original condition and this needs to be done 10 days of receipt date.
#. Onlyitemspurchasedonourwebsitemaybeacceptedforareturnor exchange in situations where we shipped out the wrong items. Items purchased from our website cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Luxe Divine products. In the case of returning the product due to our mistake or wrong items sent, enclose the products you wish to retain with your receipt/order number. Write instructions clearly on what items or products you wish to exchange for. If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, customer service representative will reach out to you via email with further details.

B. SHIPPING/PROCESSING POLICY
1. We ship using the address provided by the customer, kindly verify that the information is accurate. RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE RESHIPPED AT YOUR EXPENSE. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the next business day. All orders are shipped via UPS/USPS. Order HandlingTime can take 4-6 days.
C. CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and ask that all cancellation is done within 24 hours of purchase date, anything beyond that is not allowed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
D. DAMAGE/BROKEN/STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY
If you received an item that is broken or damaged you may contact customer service within 10 days or immediately with clear pictures via email or WhatsApp

with your order number as well for a replacement. We pay for shipping in this case. However, empty containers cannot be accepted for exchange. We are not responsible for packages that got delivered and got stolen by thieves or passers by. However if thereʼs an evidence as in a video that clearly shows someone taking your package you can reach out to customer service with your video evidence. We do not replace stolen packages since some people are in the habit of receiving packages and still report that the package has been stolen and ask for another package; so we would advise that you call your local post office to let them know when to deliver your package or for a pick up at the post office if youʼre not going to be available at the time of delivery.

We do not store customers credit card details nor do we share customers details with any third parties.
